Under Mary's leadership as the owner and president, the company has experience healthy success -- growing to include over 100 employees.
When asked what had a helping hand in the success of Madland-Toyota Lift, Madland said she thinks it has a lot to do with the attitude of the staff. She said she's always encouraged other women get into the business. "Put yourselves out there," said Madland. She also encourages the practice of asking open questions, "I love getting feedback and advice from people," she added.
